How come America are still getting away with their playbook, why aren’t people seeing it, create a narrative, get the mainstream media

The media push it out there, that gives them the reason to attack / invade, as with Iran / Venezuela recently, previously with Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Afghanistan, so they can steal what they wish to steal, and the people just go along with it, they don’t think oh look Israel leader visits America, next thing riots break out in Iran, Israel hate Iran, and want to go to war with them, but Americans look at the tv and think, oh look, those Iranian’s are at it again, not, America have got CIA / Mossad / MI6 agitators in there, stirring up trouble, like they always do, they, hey, we’ve got ourselves a war, take what we want,
