The leadership of the USA and Russia are of the same mindset. There is collaboration between them only for their own interests. China is just biding its time.

@TexChik No.Wrong. If someone incites violence or racial hatred anywhere irl or on line it's an offence. Now it may different in the USA and you can incite riots and insurrection freely, I don't know, but simply saying something contrary is not an offence.
