The free speech gender debate. Talk conversion therapy? What. . .
Certainly we can talk about it 3 valid points then done;
1. Given the internet and everyone’s access to it. talking about gender issues cannot be stopped. In or out of school. The internet is literally in the air around us everywhere always. Once upon a time only god was that.
Now the generation “brainwashed/indoctrinated”by religion/god is offended when god is not only institutionalized?
2. There continue to be other than Binary genders in religions throughout the world a) Hinduism recognizes 9 (2 are androgyns) b) Judaism recognizes 5; Jesus was the 6th! C) several Native American cultures (religions?) recognizes 5. And from a secularist position Japanese tradition and culture recognizes 7 (2 are futunari; that’s what the emperor was male form). Even Germany has 3 (shemales) plus Thailand (ladyboys). So yea grow up; America!
And
3) freedom of speech is guaranteed by the constitution. Certainly we can talk about it! In a professional setting; is avoid, but not necessarily inappropriate (ie “That customer identifies as. . .”. But is trying to convert someone to straight/gay distinguishable from talking and processing (the diversity of genders?
