America is a continent split into North and South. I was trying not to be presumptious. I don't know where you're from.

@SvckMyPopsicle Yeah, Americans (those from the USA) don't usually think like that, they usually just assume America is United States, ESPECIALLY since the U.S. was the original post subject.

Most Americans (United States Citizens) make fun of other parts of the United States, and a decent number make fun of their own parts too.
