Its Macabre Day in the US

Yes I know silly Americans think it is Memorial Day but what do you call a day that glorifies those who fought and got injured or killed in one of America's senseless needless wars? I doubt that there is a man alive who has fought in a justified war. What is even more tragic is that the US lost those needless wars that those young men and women died fighting.

@SpudMuffin I would hope that they remember the evil state that got their loved ones killed.

@hippyjoe1955 they live in that state, they're hardly likely to forget it. Anyway, there needs to be day for remembrance, not politics.

@SpudMuffin The wars that killed those young Americans are politics by other methods. The US has a shameful record of starting wars and ignoring its vets. It seeming loves to hand out folded flags though.

It’s for those killed in all wars.
