@ArishMell ICE is Immigrations and Customs Enforcement, and they are part of the homeland security. They operate without a warrant, and don't identify themselves when they take people off the streets. That's how even two German tourists ended up in a prison in El Salvador when visiting the US.

And note the mild sounding words that are used: "taken into custody."
