@TexChik my immediate thought is New York. But actually thinking about it I'd like to travel in the middle. Those long long roads with nothing either side. We don't get that in Europe really cos we're so populated.

@KatyO83 I am at our farm in Texas. There are days when I don't see or hear another soul ( besides my family) when we are here. The Grand Tetons ( snake river ) is desolate, so is mount Rushmore national park . 😊
