I hate to say it, but he does have a point, in that the leadership of America has been failing us ...

I believe 73% of our spending has been used on nothing but paying off loans...

America should NOT be in that much debt, and yet every single administration has just paid more and more than the last, including Trump spending more in 4 years than Obama did, and currently out spending Biden...

And DOGE, while they MIGHT mean well, don't seem to understand that larger IRS brings in more money, as they find and collect more money the more audits they're able to do.

@sstronaut Actually it might be much worse than I previously stated.

According to Google's numbers (screenshots below) the debt is 73% of our GDP, but only 16% of our spending.

Which suggests our spending is MORE THAN 4.5 of our GDP... which surely can only lead to putting us into a much bigger debt.

And if the debt grows to 100% of the GDP, then I'm not totally sure if it's possible to ever get out of debt.
