I think it's a great idea
I think it needs to go into effect now that any future candidate Republican or Democrat for the office of President of the United States must have served at least a mandatory to your term in any branch of the United States military
You cannot and should not go around playing casually with young men and women's lives especially for things that are not a good cause and yet not have been willing to make that sacrifice yourself.
You would also know the difference between a moral order and an obligation to obey it and an obligation to disobey any immoral order given.
I wonder what would happen to either party should this become a standard for which we choose our leaders
