With the weather becoming so unpredictable it's difficult to go that route too. My garden hasn't done great things for a few years now. Extremes of drought or deluges of rain are making me think about how much I want to invest into it this year.

@robingoodfellow when I get to AZ I plan to build a small greenhouse and do some experimenting. I'm east coast now and yeah it's definitely changing. A lot. We'll have to get better at hydroponics and even better aquaponics.

@cherokeepatti I get most of my basic shopping from Aldi or Lidl - as you said, excellent for fresh veg and fruit.

@SW-User But if you voted for trump (and enough people did) This is exacly what you voted for. He said most of it out loud and left you to do the math. Dont blame him if you didnt do your homework..His economics was straight out of the bible. Feeding the multitude with a few loaves and fish...And that parting the Red Sea is due any day to solve a bunch of other problems...😷
