@Justenjoyit The markets are doing great under Biden, just as they usually do under Democratic presidents. My investment guy says a Trump presidency with a Republican Congress is the worst possible outcome for the markets.
@NerdyPotato @luckranger71 @bijouxbroussard If you dont have a strong leader your enemies will see you as weak and attack, look what happened with Russia. Look what happened when King George III was of ill health. You cant have or seam to have a weak leader.
@bijouxbroussard Well I have heard this before, but I also herd it from Dominik Tarczyński the Polish prime minister. He said that he was on a meeting with the NATO countries and Trump told the Germans to start paying their way into NATO. He also told them not to go though through with Nord Stream 2 because it would make Germany to reliant on Russian gas and that is dangerous. Dominik Tarczyński said the Germans all laughed louldy at him and did nothing, six months after the Russians attacked Ukraine the Germans were begging Poland for gas. Plus now they are paying a lot more more into NATO and for thier defense which the US and UK were paying for. You can say what you want about Trump, but he tells people what they do not want to hear and they hate him for that.
@Justenjoyit Um, he’s a weak leader and no one knows where he stands minute to minute. The market hates that. And has responded accordingly under better leadership.
@Justenjoyit But what makes him a "strong" leader ? That he lies incessantly ? That he cheats ? That he incited an insurrection against our government because he lost an election (then took no responsibility for it)? That he’s now a convicted criminal ? That he sexually assaults women ? Trust me, people have many reasons to hate Trump—none of which have anything to do with him telling anyone a truth. He wouldn’t know the truth if it bit him. 🙄
