Liberals in US wearing Che t shirts

Did Che Guevara tell UK journalist Sam Russell of Daily Worker that after Khruschev heard Che and Castro wanted the missiles to fire at US, and so immediately withdrew the missiles from Cuba, he (Che) plotted blowing up buildings in New York, yes or no?

I think that the 'alternative' website you got this from is about fifty years out of date in its 'research.'

I've occasionally hung round with lefty students recently. None of them have Che t shirts. I remember one person having one when I was a student twenty years ago. My parents probably knew two of three in the 60s.

The youngsters who want to be cool and kitsch these days. where Nirvana and Oasis t-shirts. The same kids in my generation wore the Who and Pink Floyd t-shirts. I had a Clash t-shirt, with the cover of London Calling on it. Now it's Oasis and Nirvana.

God, this is making me feel f***ing old.

Thanks for nothing.

@Burnley123 I see it all the time near the UofA. They do seem to wear shirts with hammer & sickles on them & marxist slogans on them more often nowadays than sporting Che shirts...but they still wear them. Che's hatred of homos is a fact you can't deny...so he has fallen out of favor with some college lefty types over the last 20 years.
