Why do Americans just group all of Europe together

Why do you keep saying 'we're going to Europe' when there's such a big difference between Paris and Dunblane lol

I do it because my son lives "over there" and i don't want anyone knowing where he lives.

Not that anyone on here would know where he lives and what he does even if your mention the country.

@ArishMell he met a lady on World of Warcraft. we could not get her into the country legally so he married her over there in Europe. i have had bullies reach out to him and contact him..
