I really couldn't say because I have visited very few. But out of those I have visited, New York, North Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, Missouri, Tennessee, I think I would choose North Carolina. But that probably has as much to do with having visited it many times and become very familiar with some parts of it while I have only visited most of the rest once or twice.
