What is arguably the best state in the US?

Of course it's Florida.... they have an undeniable 'zero' population growth plan in place: 1/ storm zone so people are selling due to flooding & hurricanes; 2/ climate change again forcing people to go to more temperate climates due to the heat; 3/ radical neighbours pounding politics in the media; 4. anti-abortion laws to inhibit sexual activity; 5/ random acts of violence to supplant the idea of neighbourly 'random acts of kindness' so people don't trust anyone on the street; 6/ the ability to carry a concealed weapon and thus thwart any reasonable expression of dissenting opinion; 7/ anti-immigrant attitudes keeping the state 'pure'.
