How about this for so called citizens of New Jersey?
All 49 other U.S. states ban anyone from New Jersey from moving to their state. Might make for a much nicer, cleaner and healthier USA!

I don’t have anything against New Jersey. I’d prefer banning anyone from the southern states except those claiming refugee status.
