I Love The Usa

I think we should be grateful for what we have. Food, water, money. USA is my fav country on earth. It's the center of our world today. Stunning nature, the importance of freedom, the importance of true democracy (especially in comparison to other countries that have no democracy at all).

This country has a bit of everything, and its own perfection.

They THINK they are the centre of the world today... lol
But there are good people in the USA. It’s not always about being superior....it truely is about being grateful for where they live and what they have. Have you been to the USA?Its not all what the media portrays it to be. It truely is a great country.@Quizzical

@MissMollyCharlotte0702 So are most countries in their own way, but they are great with a quiet humility. America is still young, brash, loud, and shouting "Look at how amazing I am" and expecting everyone else to believe it.

All countries been there at the top of that tree at one time or another, but with time comes grace.
Have you been to America? You are watching what you see on tv. I’ve been to Europe, the UK, Indonesia, Thailand, USA which is my homeland, and Australia which is my home now. All are beautiful countries, but all have their flaws. America is not perfect, but Americans are proud and patriotic...there is nothing wrong with loving your country. I guarantee if you visit...you will find some of the most quiet, gentle people who will greet you with open arms. You only talk about what you see on tv. The media ruins it for the good and decent people of America. @Quizzical

@MissMollyCharlotte0702 The individual Americans I have spoken to have been largely great people. But individuals only make up a small part of a social consciousness.

I don't actually watch TV by the way and I have not done so for about twenty years, I cottoned on to the media bullshit circus quite early on. My observations have not been fed to me by the media, but by actually talking with people.
Hmmm...well you are talking to the wrong people then. Take a trip...I swear you will love it there. @Quizzical

@MissMollyCharlotte0702 I have been talking to normal citizens, lol. Just your average Joes.

My comment isn't a reflection on the individuals, it's a reflection on the persona America has on the world stage. The people may be awesome, but America the country is a loud, bullying braggart.

Imagine it if you will as a anthropomorphic personification. America as a person runs around telling everyone how amazing he is, flexing his muscles, and bullying other countries. America is a jock, lol
America is awesome!!! Lol @Quizzical

@MissMollyCharlotte0702 Don't get me wrong... Great Britain had a very similar thing going on a couple of centuries ago. Striding across the globe laying claim to everything in sight. We did our fair share of bullying. But I see that as more of a pompous blowhard who now sits in his chair muttering about past glories rather than a jock figure 😁
