In UK whaty happens to someone with a medically recognised disability who cannot get PIP and was denied their appeal?

If they lost the DWP appeal they can apply to an independent tribunal. Failing that they can make a new pip claim later. There are also other benefits such as attendance allowance to consider.

Not all medically recognised disabilities mean that you cannot live independently without PIP.
