I used to love it as a kid - but I was a bit disappointed when I found old episodes online.

@ArtieKat I agree but there wasn't that many children's programmes about in those days I certainly enjoyed them as a child.

@senghenydd My favourite was Ivanhoe with Roger Moore, with William Tell, played by Conrad Phillips in 3rd place. Or was it Robin Hood with Richard Greene? 🤔 Lots of favourites lol

@ArtieKat I heard Sony had all the Ivanhoe episodes I enjoyed them as well, Richard Greene made about one hundred and forty two episodes of Robin Hood and never worked again.

Conrad Philips was often seen in nineteen fifties crime dramas a very good actor as well as his wife in William Tell series Jennifer Jayne.

@ArtieKat @ArtieKat Ok I'll have a look at that one in a few weeks time maybe it'll be back by then.

Don't forget the Fat chap in the William Tell series he played a great part, all us children hated him.

@ArtieKat Yes that's right he still springs up now and again in old programmes, he was even in a James Bond film.
