What has concerned me is how it discriminates specifically against those
A. Elderly with no computer skills.
B. Those poorest who can't afford modern technology to access their own money.
C. It's clearly a profit booster for the bank costing jobs in branch for call centre positions probably abroad at cheaper costs.
