It’s a shit time to be a politician right now. There’s very few politicians in western governments that are actually like by their voters.
The current Australian Prime Minister would be one of the few recently elected Prime Ministers who is actually “liked” by a majority of voters… for now.

{@dirannie] 🤔the best thing that could happen is a snap election and truss and her cronies will not have to worry about cabinet positions they will be where they rightly belong on the opposition benches

@Kwek00 She is now equally present tense to that old thing

@Burnley123 I don't think she really understands where her place would be in that empire of back in the day. It's almost as if she was educated by PragerU.

2017 was only five years ago but it seems like forever.
The Tories fought that election campaign using 'Strong and Stable; as their main pitch.

Whoever took on the shit job of PM at this time is going to have an awful time. I do feel sorry for her though as she clearly was never PM material
supersnipe · 61-69, M
@meggie I wouldn't waste any sympathy on her. Deserves all the trouble she gets.

Good.
Either yesterday or the day before, the BBC in America broadcast after the PBS NewsHour had a crawler saying that Truss' government's life was being measured in hours.
