Left wingers and blacks say there were thousands of black Roman soldiers in England so were there any blacks in Saxon & Norman periods until the Wars

of the Roses? There was a black visitor to the court of Henry VIII called John Dark that left wingers always bring up to somehow prove Anglo Saxon England was full of blacks.

The Moores came from North Africa and lived in Europe. It would have been more than likely they travelled across Europe and likely that people from other parts Africa went to the parts of Europe that were closest to them

@helenS the slaves were brought through Northern Africa to reach Spain and Portugal. Many mixed with the muslims who became the black moors.
