Your opinion on supporting Ukraine?

As much as I want to support our needs at home, I believe it is important to make a stand for people who want freedom. We have plenty of needs here in the US, but freedom is our foundation.

Proxy war against Russia started by both Ukraine and Russia designed to drain our resources and start WWIII.

@Darksideinthenight2 I believe both Countries are colluding together for our resources.

@Iwillwait I'm not a conspiracy theorist

@Iwillwait @Darksideinthenight2 You two are completely fucked in the heads, like you need to go to the hospital and get some medication for whatever psychological type of illness you suffer from, kind of fucked in the heads.

@Iwillwait Only in America:

I'm dead 😂😂
Iwillwait · M
@SW-User You doubt both Russia & Ukraine are holding their hands out for America's involvement?
SW-User
@Iwillwait Tell me that you're clueless about what's going on in Ukraine, without telling me. You clearly know nothing about Ukraine's history, what people here are going through right now, nor Ukrainian mentality. You waste your life thinking that the world centers around you and your country, because nothing remotely interesting (for better or worse) ever happens to you or in your country. I would rather die than make an attempt at having a conversation with a person like you.
Iwillwait · M
@SW-User .. and yet, here you are chiming in on my comment "Again," why?

Our "America's," involvement should not be in any fashion other than helping the conflict end through negotiations and mediation. Nothing more, nothing less.

Have a wonderful day.
SW-User
@Iwillwait Mocking you isn't "having a conversation".

I honestly hope you have a horrible day, and more horrible days to come! 👋🏻

@SW-User But you don't hesitate to take our money . Yes our money ,where do you think the.money comes from ? We the people is where it comes from .

Our once fertile land is being destroyed, kindergartens and maternity hospitals are purposfully targeted and levelled with the ground, countless children have been kidnapped from their mothers arms and sent to Russia, no one knows what is even happening to them right now. This is, of course, all because we want your recourses. I understand that your view of the world is very limitted, but you must understand how outrageous what you're saying, is. I simply don't believe that you don't. Most children are now growing up without fathers, and women are hysterical losing their husbands. Most people here know someone who's died.

So when you sit in your comfy home with a proper meal, enjoying the warmt of your heater, hot showers, electricity and internet, this coming winter, be sure to send this sensitive twat a thought or two.

Nobody is unsimpathetic to what's going on. The resources sent by the USA appear to be just absorbed with no clear signs of allocation or improvement. The conflict needs to end, and should be handled with not just the USA contributing. This is the typical NATO protocol, every country steps away and America is left holding the bill for clean up and restructuring.
SW-User
@kodiac Oh shut up, Ukraine is getting less than deserved even, I can't stand people like you who don't even understand your own country's interest in this war. America isn't doing this to be kind, are you all completely brainwashed? It's America's own investment in YOUR grand-children's future.

NATO fucked up because it would have been cheaper to handle this in many ways which in turn would also have avoided this disaster for Ukraine, but they thought Russia would just sweep in and destroy Ukraine in a few days. That's not Ukraine's fault. Now they have to keep supporting Ukraine for their OWN reasons. Ukraine can't "take" anything from you, that's ridiculous. You simply do not understand politics.

Anyways, enough of this. I'm not explaining anymore crap to any of you tonight. This is all beyond ridiculous. I'll leave you with this thought:

Imagine this was YOUR country, your children, your friends, and when you go online a bunch of morons start saying that your country does not deserve even half of what it needs to fight and die so that those morons can keep living comfy lives without constant air raid sirens waking you up in the night.

Certainly would not be your Country or any NATO country coming to the US's aid I assure you.
SW-User
@Iwillwait It's not only USA who's contributing, it's near everyone! USA has the most weapons et cetera, but almost everyone is contributing with everything they can, because this war that people here in Ukraine is dying for, concerns ALL OF YOU. Yet it's too late that we're only starting to get plains now, and the list goes on. The LACK of support for Ukraine has been, and still is, absolutely outragous. What NATO is doing is wasting millions of Ukrainians peoples lives, while just making sure that Ukraine won't lose, so that their own asses are covered.

Ukraine is not being supported, Ukraine is being sacrificed.
SW-User
@Iwillwait The US IS a NATO country, the US founded NATO! 🤣
Iwillwait · M
@SW-User I believe you.
I think NATO is a joke and really should just be called "America will handle it as we watch." That is what All the other countries in NATO have done (historically) NOTNING while America does all the heavy lifting financially, militarily, and dimplomatically.
Iwillwait · M
@SW-User I understand you believe that, but NATO was not founded by America. America and Canada were added to a peace treaties that were originated in Europe.

The history of NATO begins in the immediate aftermath of World War II when British diplomacy set the stage to contain the Soviet Union and to stop the expansion of Soviet power in Europe. The United Kingdom and France signed, in 1947, the Treaty of Dunkirk, a defensive pact, which was expanded in 1948 with the Treaty of Brussels to add the three Benelux countries (Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg) and committed them to collective defense against an armed attack for fifty years. The British worked with Washington to expand the alliance into NATO in 1949, adding the United States and Canada as well as Italy, Portugal, Norway, Denmark, and Iceland.[1] Greece and Turkey joined in 1952, West Germany joined in 1955, Spain joined in 1982, Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland joined in 1999, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia joined in 2004, Albania and Croatia joined in 2009, Montenegro joined in 2017, North Macedonia joined in 2020, and Finland joined in 2023.
SW-User
@Iwillwait Co-founded, and the point is that the US is a NATO country. It's a pet peeve of mine when someone explains obvious things to me. With that, I bid you goodnight because it's 1:14 here. 😅

@Iwillwait it’s my post. @SW-User is welcome to comment. And I agree with her. The Ukraine is being devastated. We Americans never have to worry about it. And we take it for granted. I hope we stand with them until Russia backs off. No I do not want to go to war
