Its TIME to make Russia PAY for the war in Ukraine..

ALL off shore based Russian national assets such as seized planes, ships, bank accounts, property should be seized and liquidated.. This is a partial settlement that the world must impose upon Russia and there is NO reason to wait until the end of the war to do this..

The proceeds should be split between Ukraine AND all nations having provided aid to Ukraine as compensation and reparations..

@pdqsailor1 If Russia became a democratic republic, and Putin and his criminals were hanged on gallows, then I'd say the new democratic government shouldn't be forced to pay the damages others made in the past.

@helenS Germany after Hitler committed suicide and many of their leaders were hung from the gallows paid reparations for decades... Yes Russia MUST pay for the damage they have inflicted in this war.. and yes Putin and his generals should be hung as criminals..
