Pull out of Ukraine

We need to be America First and get out of Ukraine and NATO. Let them sort their own business out and stop wasting our tax money. Russia is winning and doing well anyways. It's a waste of money

Same thing with Taiwan. America should always come first. These liberals want to fight China and Russia and for what??

I agree with your post. NATO has become a force for evil not for good and anyone who has a passing understanding of Ukraine and its history knows that the US is on the wrong side of this conflict. Of course this conflict was started by the US and its rogue CIA but that is a story for another day. Sadly for the people of Ukraine the nation of Ukraine is about to fall completely apart and Russia will have complete control over the territory now known as Ukraine. I am not cheerleading for Russia I am simply pointing out that NATO is about to collapse due to the US's extremely foolish move of blowing up gas pipelines. Blowing up gas pipelines like this is a war crime btw and the US is guilty of it. In the mean time Germany is suffering immensely because Biden is demented old pawn and the German people are now demanding that Germany stop supporting NATO and its jolly little adventure in Ukraine.

@hippyjoe1955 still toeing the kremlin party line - on the payroll?
helensusanswift · 26-30, F
@hippyjoe1955 You do talk a lot of crap, don't you? Russia started the war by invading a neighbouring sovereign nation.
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
@helensusanswift If that is all you have to say then you should stay home and pretend that the noble US is riding to the rescue of Ukraine. It is not. It is making promises to send arms that won't be built for 3 or more years. It instigated the war to begin with and poor Ukraine is the loser. Had the US stayed home there would be no war in Ukraine now.
helensusanswift · 26-30, F
@hippyjoe1955 Did the US invade Ukraine? Here's me thinking it was Russia.
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
@helensusanswift Try studying the history of the US involvement in Ukraine. Maybe you could start with a CIA operative named Stepan Banderas.
helensusanswift · 26-30, F
@hippyjoe1955 Did Ukraine invade Russia? No.
Did Russia invade Ukraine and grab Crimea? Yes
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
@helensusanswift Completely irrelevant. Learn some history. Here is a clue. Banderas is the inspiration behind the neo nazi Azov group. You know the group that was committing genocide in Eastern Ukraine by slaughtering/raping torturing ethnic Russians living in the area. These people were not Russians. They were Ukrainians born in Ukraine whose ancestors had moved to Ukraine decades or centuries ago. The US was sponsoring the slaughter. Do some homework before you look even more foolish.

@helensusanswift Very much agree. I'm anti-war but Putin's expansionist plans regardless of the human suffering has to be faced up to. He is another Hitler.
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
@alan20 Nice American propaganda you spout. Had the Americans not used Ukraine like a cheap whore Putin would have stayed on his side of the line.
helensusanswift · 26-30, F
@alan20 He is - he's got a history of expansionism. Not a pleasant fellow
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
@helensusanswift Who has an expansionist mindset? The US is the one trying to push NATO into Ukraine and Georgia and..... Ever heard of the Minsk Accords? Maybe if you did some reading you would have a better understanding of what is going on in Ukraine.
helensusanswift · 26-30, F
@hippyjoe1955 From what I gather, the eastern European nations applied to join Nato. They have no desire to return to the Russian fold.
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
@helensusanswift Yeah they received great inducements to join. They didn't want to and Georgia turned it down flat. Now go read up on the Minsk Accords.
helensusanswift · 26-30, F
@hippyjoe1955 Didn't want to? I don't know where you get your information, but I'd try somewhere else.
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
@helensusanswift From people who lived in Eastern Ukraine. They moved to Canada a few years ago. They were telling me about why they left. They had a choice. Stay and be raped/slaughtered or move to Russia or move to Canada. They chose to move to Canada. Yes the girls were ethnic Russians. But they viewed themselves as Ukrainian.
helensusanswift · 26-30, F
@hippyjoe1955 So Ukrainians moved to Canada rather than to neighbouring Russia? That says it all, I think.
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
@helensusanswift You seemed to miss the reason they moved to Canada. The Ukrainians were raping and slaughtering them. Since they had to move or die which would you choose? I heard that one of them moved to Russia after I met them 4 years ago. Not sure if they all remained in Canada or not. They did speak Russian much better than English so who knows.

@hippyjoe1955 So Russian speaking people in an area controlled by Russian invaders emigrated to Canada because the fascist Ukrainians had raped and slaughtered them - leaving them passports and money when the raping and slaughtering had finished. Now - what part of that makes sense?
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
@helensusanswift So you have no idea about the history of Ukraine? Really? Why are you bothering to comment if that is your level of ignorance? There have been large Russian populations living in what is now Ukraine for centuries. A guy named Stepan Banderas developed a hatred of Russians after the Holodomor. He had a following in Ukraine and when Ukraine finally became its own country following the fall of the Soviet Union the Banderists formed a group of Russian haters who began to raid the ethnic Russian villages in Ukraine. The practice became common and it was likely based on the Cossack treatment of the German settlers in Western Ukraine (Mennonites) who were driven from their homes at the turn from the 19th century to the 20th century. Again whole families were slaughtered and the women raped and the children used for target practice by the Cossacks. The Banderists/Azov simply adopted similar practice. These are historical facts not some sort of propaganda. There is no end of evil in the human soul and no one is righteous. Sadly the US used the Banderists/Azov as a means to be a thorn in the side of Russia because America thinks that Russia is bad. This is not looking good on the Americans at the moment as they are on the wrong side of history. Not that the elites care. Ukraine is not a country to fight for. It is a country to be used and disposed of. It is a country of vast corruption that allows the US military industrial complex and its pet politicians to launder vast sums of money. Why do you think they went after Trump? He was about to upset their money making operation.
helensusanswift · 26-30, F
@hippyjoe1955 You have forgotten the Polish-Lithunian connection and claim to Ukraine- or does that not count, as I am not supposed to know about Ukrainian history. Or maybe the ethnic tatars in Crimea - the people the lovely Russians moved out to Siberia in large numbers - OOPS - there I go again! Or maybe the Russian attacks before the Second World War- oh, silly me! I'm not supposed to know that, either.
Giving rather a one sided view are you not?
However, even you must admit that Russia invaded Ukraine in 2014 and 2022. Russia are the aggressors - again. Think of it - the Rus founded Muscovy in about the 9th or 10th century and expanded north, south east and west ever since. Even to California - and Alaska, until the UK persuaded them to sell that to the USA.
Nasty folk the Russian rulers though- and their army has a reputation for brutality. Well earned, as you can see.
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
@helensusanswift Did you miss my talking about the Cossacks? This isn't about past wrongs or rights. This is about making peace NOW! Trying to right past injustice is a mugs game.
helensusanswift · 26-30, F
@hippyjoe1955 Peace - once the Russians leave Ukraine, there will be peace.
They are the invaders, the aggressors and the people in the wrong.
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
@helensusanswift Leave what? The people in that region want to join Russia. That being the case it is the Ukrainians and the Americans who are the aggressors here. Do try to get your facts straight. This war should never have happened and the cause of this war is in Washington DC and in NATO headquarters.
