How many Russians are Putin willing to sacrifice in Ukraine

Currently the Russian military is getting its ass and kicked by a much more competent Ukranian military with Ruyssians taking heavy lossses tens of thousand Russian loses in Ukriane how many more Russian troops must be sacrificed for Putins megloamania.

Let us assume that 15 Russian men weigh a ton.
There are about 7 million male Russian "citizens" aged 18–25; corresponding to ~500,000 tons of cheap meat.
About 7000 tons thereof (~1.5%) have been thrown in the Ukrainian meat grinder so far; their remains are rotting on Ukrainian soil, eaten by birds, cockroaches, rats and other animals. So there's still plenty of material (more than 490,000 tons) which can be sent to Ukraine to kill and torture innocent people.
