Not sure why beef stew now tastes like turkey. I've eaten this stuff for years and all of a sudden it tastes like turkey.

How processed is the meat? Even if not processed that much, if it was rushed to market and largely grass fed without a period of fattening up in the feed lots, the taste will be different.
