All vegetarians coming over so I'm j6st making a roast chicken for two of us and spanakopita for them. Squash, roasted veggies,breads, corn and green bean casseroles, and a raspberry cheesecake .

No turkey this Tgiving. Laid back informal day today with some appetizers / tapas type stuff. Having a prime rib roast for our gathering on Saturday.
