It's almost like at 15 take this test. Then again and again until you pass - but that won't work as people would game the test. But if you get my point.
@Sayana no and 18 is too old probably. But having lived in care if it had been below 16 in the UK a bad problem would have been a total nightmare. At least if staff had sex with under 16s they couldn't argue it was OK.
@helenS 100% yes. Irrespective in the UK if someone over age of consent has sex with someone under age of consent then it's statutory rape.
In actuality of course if, like me, you're a teenage girl in care if you were ever brave enough to report it to the police they'd normally just dismiss it as you're "a skank who is asking for it". So if you're in care the age of consent for the police is 12/13.

Those US/UK sly guys are just afraid of " LAW " and being caught and get in trouble, morally they are cunning, A 50 yrs old guy should not talk nasty with a 18 0r 19 yrs old girl...rather they should find a 40+ age women for sex chat.
