@JSul3 there are no nukes in Cuba either so the Chinese and Russians can and should place weapons in Cuba because unlike your claim of what Putin said, America has been practicing spreading itself to other regions of the world militarily so for DECADE'S now. So China and Russia absolutely should keep the US in check by placing military installations in a sovereign country called Cuba, yeah? 😁
