So Putin has declared Martial Law in the 4 annexed Ukrainian regions and tighter controls in Russia - is he beginning to panic ?

@hippyjoe1955 Ukraine has not lost all its electricity and the internet is still operating. If Putin is in control why introduce Martial Law and be evacuating Kherson

@Dlrannie I guess you just aren't as up on the news as you like to think you are. There have been multiple internet outages affecting the troops in the field and over 70% of the electrical grid is not functioning thanks to multiple drone strikes.

@hippyjoe1955 Thanks for confirming that not 100% of Ukrainian Electricity has been lost as you claimed in your first comment. Intermittent loss of internet is not the same as total loss as you imply

@hippyjoe1955 Actually, Ukraine has lost about a third of it's electricity and still fields the only armed force in Ukraine with digital military-grade encrypted field communications (Russians are using open civilian cell phones).

And Ukraine continues to take back land while Russia prepares to illegally further de-populate annexed regions.
