Interesting perspective on Russia's grain deal

Russia doesn't want to be seen as starving impoverished countries in Africa and the middle East because their main sanctions beating trade is siphoning gold from Africa and keeping a mutual chokehold on energy to the west.

If true that would mean they are still acting like they want to avoid nuclear war
