Yesterday russia lost almost an entire battalion trying to cross a river on in eastern ukraine

thats about 1000 soldiers and 99 vehicles...

According to the Western media, Russia has lost nearly all their army who crossed over in Feb by now. Ukraine claims it has only lost 5,000 of it's millions of active, reserves, militants and foreign fighters. Yet Russia is still making progress and controlling area. I have to say the numbers don't add up
