Freedom of speech has been abandoned in the UK. You have to be very careful what you say.
There are certain phrases that will land you in jail.

@peterlee I'm not in the uk but I asked chatgpt about this and got:
The proscription makes it illegal to support Palestine Action, but “support” has a specific meaning in UK terrorism law. It generally includes:
Encouraging others to support or join the group
Fundraising or providing resources for them
Organising actions or public demonstrations on their behalf
✅ What is NOT illegal
➡ Expressing your opinion that you disagree with the UK’s decision to label them as terrorists.
➡ Criticising the government’s decision publicly or online.
➡ Saying you think Palestine Action is peaceful and should not be banned.
❌ What IS risky
➡ Statements that could be interpreted as encouraging people to join, assist, or take direct action with Palestine Action.
➡ Publicly displaying their symbols or logos in protest settings, as recent arrests show (Guardian report).
➡ Fundraising or organising events for them

@SatanBurger All I can say is that not everyone in England supports the actions of the Israeli government in the Gaza Strip.

@peterlee I appreciate it.

The self-styled Palestine Action might be "non-violent" in so far as they do not not, or have not so far, assaulted people; but they were proscribed for committing extremely expensive vandalism of their own country's property.
Vandlaism at any depth is illegal and there is no excuse for it whatsoever - theirs cannot and will not alter any government's policies or actions, but I doubt self-useless, self-destructive tuppeny-ha'pennies like them have the brains and moral courage to realise that.
I have no sympathy for them whatsoever irrespective of my views on the Middle East.

@ArishMell Far right wingers have committed actual violence and are never labeled as a terrorist group nor does any court say that anyone merely supporting them.. not even advocating for violence, to do prison time next to rpists and stuff. Far right wingers are NEVER treated like that and yet most leftist groups that do civil disobedience are treated like Al Queda.

He's not going to stop there. He's going to declare all protest groups to be terrorist cells. Then, when the protests increase, he's going to declare a state of emergency and have the military wipe out his own citizens.
