I don't know why I like Israel. Maybe for the same reason I love Germany. Which is no particular reason at all. I took an interest in it and then developed into a love. I Identify with their struggles. They've been maligned in every country they go to. If they go to a country and are poor they get called lazy and dirty. If they go to a country and they prosper and they have money they're called greedy and selfish. The Jews have remained inclusive and they've held on to their traditions and religion.
