I think world leaders should stay out of it and let the two factions sort it out. Why does everyone have to die over someone else’s problems.

@Powderflask Troops were sent to Korea, and Vietnam, because the Americans were afraid of the spread of Communism.

I agree - how do we stop the violence?

@Bettzsyy
How is that going to make a difference? BLM protests in the USA were effective (no matter where you stand), because it was in the USA where the problem is.
Only the USA is capable of exerting pressure to put an end to this, as Israel's main arms supplier and financial backer. The US, at this point, seems to be buying into Netanyahu's logic of inflicting enough damage on Hamas, to prevent it from carrying future attacks. This is not working, and it's time to stop the carnage.
there were massive protests for BLM. Where are the protests for the People of Palestine

Insanely rare for there to be major action taken based on problems not affecting a large portion of our country. It's taken so long for the Flint water crisis to be dealt with, comparing that to helping out people from another country seems even less likely. Obviously I'm with you, though.

Money, oil, their own national interests. They also need to maintain their support at home.

@Skilllickous It's always been like this. Open a history book, tell me of a single period lasting more than one decade in which there weren't wars, pestilences or shit anywhere.
