My friend won't help me renew my new Zealand passport because some guy she slept with likes me. At this age that's so immature! Her right though.

@BabyyBluee You can ask anyone whom you met, worked, neighbor, and around. Who was the witness when you got the original passport?
You can ask the passport people what should be done in such a scenario. They would know the answer. May be justice of peace can help.
