By the time I gave up drinking I was probably doing that [i]entire[/i] board several times over each week..

Don't let anyone convince you to drink if you really don't want to.
Alcohol is more dangerous than most drugs, people lose control of themselves.

@SW-User but fermented food like kimchi has small amount of alcohol because of the fermentation process
