Kobe Bryant being interviewed in Italian…

There’s much I didn’t know about about the late Kobe Bryant—his being a polyglot, for one thing. He spoke several languages, many learned while traveling. But he grew up in Italy, while his father was playing basketball with an Italian team, and remained fluent all of his life.

This interview shows how comfortable he was with the language. Several of the comments below were from Italian posters, some amazed at his fluency, others proud that he once lived there and had stated that he would always love Italy.
