It's funny how much can happen in the course of five years.
Back in 2021, I was still naive enough to think there was a possibility of a-state solution. That Israel and Palestine could coexist.
And who knows? Maybe under the right leadership, it might have been.
But Benjamin Netanyahu has made it pretty damn clear that as long as he's alive, Israel's goal is to completely obliterate the West Bank, and then Palestine in its entirety.
I was really pulling for both countries. I was. I wanted to see them both succeed.
But I can see that's not happening. Israel will never be happy so long as Palestine exists.
