How come, Israel can strike first, then claim to be the victim ?

Because his real led the air strike to keep Iran from getting a nuclear weapon I am on board with this that regime should never obtain the bomb and it is to everybody in the Region's benefit that they get knocked down

Religion can justify anything. And Israel's goal is the kingdom of David. Look up the extent of the kingdom of David around 1000 BCE
