Is Israel plotting to drag the US into a World War with Iran to deflect from its genocide Gaza?

A regional war....absolutely. I said months ago this was a tactic they would employ by escalation. The problem is much like their dealings with Hamas for years now I think many in the Israeli government have delusional levels of arrogance over their ability to control the degree of escalation. I think they have deluded themselves to the point that they believe this can't spiral outside their ability to "manage" the outcome.
