I support the Palestinian right to self determination and the right of Israel to exist. It's not binary. You don't have to agree with Hamas or the Israeli state to care about civilians.
Hamas is a terrorist organisation, yes, but Israel uses state terror. Israel also armed Azerbaijan to carry out its ethnic cleansing of Armenians last week, so while Israeli civilians have my sympathy, I have no sympathy for the government of Israel.
