When the next president takes over in USA he can be pardoned, assuming he lives that long. No doubt the current administration will push him illegally through the justice system with no proof of anything and all the lawyers and judges ignoring basic facts and procedures.
He just needs to live long enough.
In Iran he would be found guilty in 15 minutes and hung in 30.
