When USA bombed Iran to stop Iran from making Nukes, Then why USA could not stop India and North korea from making Nukes ?

Well one answer is that Iran is a signatory to the Non-Proliferation Treaty and therefore developing a nuclear weapon would be in breach of its treaty obligations. India has never signed the treaty and North Korea has withdrawn from it. There are, of course, other answers as well.

@MartinII Don't you think either every country should have nukes or No country should have nukes, ?

I give you 2 example:

1. If Ukraine had nukes ( Ukraine had over 5000 nukes in 1990 ) then Russia would not have attacked like this way....

2. India have nukes and that Stops China for going to a War with India despite border disputes and clashes.

Small countries who all don't have nukes, often get bully by big countries.

@Sayana having or using them are two different things . Neither India , Pakistan or North Korea can deploy them globally.

North Korean missile can hit America similarly.

Wrong. India is over 13,000 km from the USA.

That will be when they decide that they need to be able to hit America with a nuclear weapon. Until that time comes, developing such a long-range missile would be a stupid waste of money.
