War (especially an offensive one) is one of the cruelest things a group of people can do. I don't care about the excuses they paint to themselves and the world and justifications. It's 2025 not the stone age. We have conversations, sanctions, high tech and so many tools at our disposal to solve issues.

War is NEVER A SOLUTION.
@greensnacks Playing Devil’s advocate, could Hitler have been defeated any other way ? 🤔

@bijouxbroussard Devil's advocate to Devil's advocate... Hitler kind of started the war, so I'm not sure if he makes a good example.
@ViciDraco Even so, it was the only solution in stopping him.
@bijouxbroussard I don't think it's the only solution. There are secret agents that can go and easily make an assassination of the leader. The rest can follow. Targeted, strategical eliminations without any civil life taken.

I understand using violence to defend yourself, yes. But to go and make a full blown war with civilian deaths or nuke cities, no. Especially nowadays when people can be cyborgs almost with all the tech they have.
They can do a surgical move, but wars bring money.

They have since the dawn of man. Looting, resources, treasures, people becoming chiefs, leaders, their clans becoming richer and stronger...

It's the same shit today. War = money. That's why the "strongest" countries are the one with the most military budgets and bases around the world. The biggest bully wins

Oh and another thing. When the people deciding that it's okay to go to war and voting on it(idk how all that goes) actually go to fight in said wars, then it would be 0.000000001% better. Not sitting in warm safe rooms while sending someone's children to die recklessly.
