For every attack against a country there is a response

That response is not always violent.

Did Trump consider how Iran ( the country that controls the thoroughfare of all ships through the straits of Hormuz the represent the Entrance to the Persian Gulf) might react when attacked by the US?

A large percentage of oil destined for the world leaves the Middle East and passes THROUGH the straights of HORMUZ.

But hey Americans LOVE EXPENSIVE GAS!

America is becoming dependent on our own natural resources once again
@Jake966 Again you have it factually wrong.
@Jake966 Just some education for you. The US does not have the capability to refine oil drilled domestically so "American oil" is worthless for anything other than resale abroad.

The only type of oil the US can refine is found in places like Alberta, Canada or Venezuela.

In fact Canada in the 70s shut down alot of it's own domestic refining capability essentially as a favor to the US to keep the US gulf coast refineries in business.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow it’s amazing how you forgot that during Trump‘s first presidency America was in 100% reliant on its own natural resources and a little education for you. We are drilling for oil in the Gulf of Mexico or better yet the Gulf of America.

@Jake966 You might want to do a basic 2 minute Google search on different oil types before repeatedly embarrassing yourself like this.
