How Greenlanders Survive Brutal Winters

Winter is dark in Greenland, but daylight hours vary around the country. On the shortest day in December, southern Greenland experiences just four hours of daylight, while further north around Ilulissat, the sun goes down at the end of November and doesn't rise again until mid January.

I’ve been to Iceland and the Arctic in Alaska twice, including barrow the northernmost human settlement in North America. I’d love to go to Greenland one day (not in winter)

@whowasthatmaskedman genetically/ biologically speaking most of those boys are better adapted for Greenland than Alabama
