Abandoned house in Greece

Now I remember, it's the Salem House which was the old Italian consulate at Thessaloniki

A wonderful building of old architecture of the last century, such buildings from the inside are more amazing than their external view, you will find the rooms spacious, the ceilings high and the lobby spacious, my middle school was in a similar building.
Greece in general is a beautiful country, had been there twice.

Isn't that house not part of the former Royal estate?
