Germany Supporting Ukraine

We are deeply grateful to Germany for providing an additional €3 billion in defense aid for Ukraine in 2025, with nearly €8.25 billion planned through 2029!

This vital support includes air defense, artillery, drones, armored vehicles, demining equipment, and other essential military aid to help Ukraine defend against Russian aggression.

This decision also paves the way for long-term contracts with Germany’s defense industry, ensuring sustained military support.

💬 "Germany has already provided enormous support to Ukraine and continues to demonstrate leadership in defending the values of normal life and the value of human life itself. Everything we are doing now to stop Russia’s aggression will also serve as a foundation for long-term security guarantees in the future", President of Ukraine @ZelenskyyUa.

Thank you, Germany!

Russia has a hundred billion a year on it so far. Ukraine at around 960 million a year in hock to the US over the last 36 months getting basically their butts kicked and cities wrecked.

I don't really see how 8 billion in German funds affects anything of importance.

84 years after Germany invaded Ukraine…good for them!

will anything be left of Ukraine by 2029?
newjaninev2 · 56-60, F
@pancakeslam Easy question to answer - look at Ukraine's borders in 1991 and you're looking at Ukraine in 2029.

russia, on the other hand...

@newjaninev2 I don't have a map from 1991
newjaninev2 · 56-60, F
@pancakeslam No problem. You'll know you're there when Ukrainians stop killing you... not before.

Do you think it will be bad if all of these weapons get captured by russia?
WintaTheAngle · 41-45, M
@MartinTheFirst Russians forget to fuel their tanks and give their soldiers winter clothing. I wouldn’t fret about it.
Germany says it's doing it to get rich and screw Russia. Go Ukraine,?
@newjaninev2 WWI, WWII, etc.
